Flying Horse East is a 5,500 acre property located near Schriever Air Force Base, south of Hwy 94, west of Peyton Highway and east of Enoch Road.

EDSA, a global landscape planning firm, has been retained to work with us to develop a world-class mixed use community. Upon completion, Flying Horse East is projected to surpass 100,000 residents. The market analysis firm, RCLCO, has been engaged to evaluate the market demand for various land uses. Land uses may include:

  • 30,000 Residential Units

  • 500-acre Professional / Office Parcel

  • Parks, Schools and Hiking Trails

  • 5-Star Resort and Signature Golf Course

  • Vibrant mixed-use Village Area with Apartments, Condos and Retail

  • Additional Hotels & Restaurants

  • Active Age-Restricted Community to include a Private Golf Club

Project Timeline

Flying Horse East is in the initial planning phase of land evaluation. Community feasibility studies began in 2020 and continue today. Project timelines and details for development will be shared on this page as they become available.
